Kevin Bianchini

Partner, Tax Lawyer at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP 

Kevin has been practicing tax law for 15 years and is a member of the Canadian Bar Association, the Québec Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Québec Association for Financial and Tax Planning. Kevin is a member of BLG’s delegation to the IBA and has an extensive network of relationships with international law firms. Kevin advises Canadian corporations, owner-managed businesses, private equity funds, institutional investors, individuals, accounting firms, and foreign companies on tax planning and related corporate and commercial matters.

Olivia Ruvo

Senior Associate at Borden Ladner Gervais LLP 

Olivia has been practicing tax law for six years and is a member of the Quebec Bar Association, the Canadian Tax Foundation, and the Quebec Association for Tax and Financial Planning. She is currently pursuing a Master’s degree in Tax Law at HEC Montréal. Before joining BLG, Olivia practiced as a tax lawyer at a major professional services firm, where she developed a practice focused on indirect taxes and commodity taxes. She represented numerous investment funds in the acquisition of Canadian companies, notably handling tax due diligence mandates with a focus on indirect taxes.
