Brian has over 30 years’ experience in indirect tax. Having originally trained in the UK, Brian moved to the Middle East in 2017 to set up and lead BDO’s indirect tax practices in both the UAE and Saudi Arabia.
Amrita Chandwani,
Senior Manager, BDO UAE
Amrita brings over a decade of specialized experience in Indirect Taxes, with expertise across VAT, Excise and Customs regulations. She is one of the founding members of the Tax practice at BDO UAE. Currently, Amrita oversees the firm’s Indirect Tax Services in the UAE, where she advises a wide range of clients, from multinational corporations to local enterprises, on complex tax matters, compliance strategies, and regulatory requirements.
